Where are Featured Links located?

Featured links at Great Designers are located at the top of your chosen category to which you have submitted your link to, so for example if you submitted your link to the Web Designers category your link would feature at the top of every page within that category. Their are a maximum of 5 featured links allowed in each category at a time. Example
